K. Scarlett Olson is an associate focusing her practice on premises liability, construction negligence, catastrophic injury and loss litigation and commercial transportation litigation.  Ms. Olson received her juris doctorate from The John Marshall Law School where she served as the Presiding Barrister of the Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Honors Board.  Ms. Olson has considerable litigation experience, having tried 13 jury trials to verdict.
